Great Place to live.. only left because I relocated. Office staff, especially Kim wonderful to work with.. always available to listen & help!
I loved living here. Kim is amazing and the maintenance technicians are always on top of any issues. You feel very safe and it’s very affordable.
During my Deployment, all of the personnel from Management and maintenance watched over my family. And made sure that they were taken cared of. We are blessed to have Hampton Down as our home. Thank you Kim and Hector for all your support!
Be aware of the apartment you're given, as you're not always guaranteed a close parking space!!! It's seriously frustrating buying several bags of groceries, just to come home and park dang near Rodys. This has happened more than 20 times since living here! The price has went up more than $200 since I moved in 4 years ago. My husband and I are saving up to buy a house. I'm so sick of living here!
