Office is more concerned about money than a patient, even knowing insurance would pay, refused to listen when I tried to tell them how to file. Did a horrible job on my finger, was told follow up visits were covered and then billed for them. Charged Medicare over $1,200.00 for a 5 minute "surgical" procedure that the doctor never looked at, done by technicians. Horrible practices, will be filing for Medicare fraud investigations through the V A.
I am a patient of Dr. Hampton's and have been for a few years. I went to see him today as a result of a broken ankle. As always he was so very nice. Very concerned and caring. He examined my foot and gave me instructions as to what I had to do and as always "if you need me call me". He is such a good Dr. and such a caring one. If the need ever arises to need an Orthopedic Dr. he is the best.
Dr. Hampton is absolutely the very best. He has been seeing me now for quite some time. He is always patient and so very kind. He listens and understands when you explain to him what is wrong . He talks to you as a person makes eye contact and makes sure you do understand what he is saying.He has never treated me in a rush or made me not feel that my pain was not important to him. He has the very best staff around, but when you are the best you expect the best.Always friendly. Always profession
great doctor with my knee and shoulder pain. Gentle and kind.
He was awful. Never made eye contact. Told me I don't know 4 different times. Immediately made a appointment with different ortho doc 5 min after I crutched out. NO pain meds at all.
