We have been with Kindercare since the pandemic (2020). We have been through about 4 center directors since we have started and nothing has been perfect. No daycare will ever be. However, since Carma abruptly took over a few months ago, the center is changing for the better. She cares about the kids, addresses them all by name when they come/go, is very personable and truly cares about the children and their families. Our 3yr old is autistic and therefore needs to be taken care of a little differently at times than children who are not. The staff has been exceptional with taking care of him and never seem to be bothered or put out when his needs may be different than what one would typically be doing to help him. They have truly gone above and beyond to make him feel welcomed and a part just as much as the other children in the classroom.
