Extremely unhappy with the lies and excuses I was given using this funeral home. I wish I would have researched and seen the horror stories on the news prior to doing business with Hampton Cove. They say the ownership has changed, however it seems to still be the same BS I’ve seen stories about. I made over 10-phones calls and emails to finally get what I paid for. RUN AWAY from this funeral home! Do not put yourself through the same pain and headache I went through.
When I called they were very helpful, kind and respectful. It’s always nice to get some good help. Thank you.
