We showed up 15 minutes early for our schedule tour of the apartments. Complete waste of time, no one showed up and the leasing office was closed. Why allow us to schedule but not have anyone working? I will encourage everyone not to be a member at this location, there is a gated community in Westland that is similar costs, with an amazing staff open 7 days a week. Look them up instead.
Just want to shout out MICHELLE in the leasing office! She is always friendly, answers any questions, will further explain if need, and always makes sure you get taken care of! I’ve been here 1 year now and she has ALWAYS been pleasant and helpful! Edit: Edit to 3 stars because while Michelle is wonderful, there’s been some issues recently. The apts are very spacious and nice. The grounds are well kept and the office staff is awesome. Michelle is so kind and helpful and very friendly. She goes above and beyond to help in anyway possible. And she cares about people. I highly recommend this place.
