management company must be cheap bc the counters had cuts from the last resident. my bathroom sink bowl was rusted at the bottom of the bowl. stuff like that is usually replaced before the new resident moves in. they can’t possibly have a cleaning company for the turns bc i keep finding dog/cat fur everywhere and everything is so dusty and gritty. bathroom trim tiles look gross. the only thing that they put effort into was getting the bathtub reglazed although the caulking is shoddy. and of course replacing the carpet. i’ve ... read more
Affordable place to live with great staff!
Just want to shout out MICHELLE in the leasing office! She is always friendly, answers any questions, will further explain if need, and always makes sure you get taken care of! I’ve been here 1 year now and she has ALWAYS been pleasant and helpful!
Hampton Court is a great place to stay. The office staff is friendly and works with you to the best of their ability. I also love the fact that there is an inclusive community and there are always events for the residents.
