When I walked on to the property I felt good. Better then I had in the dozen or more apartment complexes that I had been to in 2 months. From Novi, to Plymouth, to Dearborn, as well as others In Westland and Garden City. Michele and Sam were a Godsent for me. Kind, thoughtful, understanding, and helpful. The second experience was even worse led to believe I was approved wasted two weeks of my time and then the two Karen's didn't want to return my holding fee !
I've lived here for 12 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. They address my issues in a timely manner. I love the front office functions. Great place to live.
Michelle is such an amazing person. She showed me exactly what I was looking for. THE Office and show unit was superb. Look forward to making this my new home.
