Hampton Collision was amazing. They constantly kept me updated, fixed the car perfectly. Its legit like the car was never even in an accident and they are indeed paint professionals. The paint they applied is a 1:1 match nothing is off shade or looks weird. Brandon cares about his customers and greets them personally. You don’t see many owners come out and actually work with the customers. They have a great team at their center and I would highly recommend going to them over anybody else.
My truck was picked up mid June and I am just picking it up today, a second time, still disappointed. Almost a month and half. The panels on my vehicle are not aligned and flushed with each other. Pablo told me to “push the panels down” and then they will line up correctly My key fob is not connected to my car anymore, so it has to be opened manually. My experience at Hamptons Collission was wonderful! Everyone there was so easy to talk to, and I could tell from the beginning that they care about their customers. Quality work in excellent time. I highly recommend and I hope I won’t need a reason to see them in the future, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands!
