I’d give Chelsea 100 s if I could! After 1.5 hours of trade-parade traffic from Montauk to Southampton, my car started smoking. No dashboard alert- just a couple of passerby’s staring, and finally a honk to let me know something was up. I pulled into the nearest parking lot- which completely coincidentally happened to be Chelsea Auto (what a blessing!). As soon as I pulled over I saw the smoke coming from my hood & grill. Chelsea really helped us out when we got a flat tire while passing through town on a Sunday(06/14). She was the only shop open, and the next mechanic was almost 2 hours away. She was friendly, honest, and got us taken care of quickly. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about helping customers, and Chelsea definitely does. If I lived in the area, I would trust her with my car every time. Thanks again for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience!
