I have always been impressed with Hampton Inns but this one was exceptional. Cassandra, Veronica and Cee Cee definitely went above and beyond. Everything about this stay gets 10 stars. Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
I stayed here for work and it was amazing! The staff were responsive, accommodating, they went above & beyond, and they were friendly. The rooms were updated and the view from my room was breathtaking. I woke up seeing the Smokey Mountains each day. Parking is ample and the building is safe. I also used one of their meeting rooms and it was exactly what we needed. This location is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been in and I look forward to staying here again.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom doors on shower would not stay closed. Had to wedge them shut to shower. Fitness center had no wipes to wipe down equipment for the 2 days we were there. Also no cups for two days for the water cooler. Only one treadmill here. Room was comfy though and breakfast was good.
