Scheduled an appointment approximately 2 months out to then have it cancelled days before. We only received an email informing us of the cancellation. No attempt to contact us to reschedule. After numerous attempts calling to reach someone to reschedule the appointment and leaving several voicemails, I decided to personally stop by. The office was closed and a note from another customer was posted dating from March 2019.
