I made reservations 3 days in advance, as soon as I hit confirm & it processed my payment I saw it said to be 20min early. I immediately tried to call to see if I could change to a later trip because I was worried about traffic. I got an automated voice that was of no help at all. These guys are awesome! Craig is super communicative (we went while there were concerns about a hurricane in the Atlantic), and kept us informed. He did not sacrifice safety, and made sure we all had a great time! I recommend you call them and make your reservations on the phone. And if you have ever wondered if you can do this, just trust these guys. It's accessible and a lot of fun.
