Sandy is a gem and my new favorite person!!! Not only are her arrangements beautifully designed and made with such care; she is so sweet, hardworking and hilarious!!! It was such a pleasure to be at her store and see all of the happy and beautiful items she sells. And she really made my day -- she was so warm and energetic! Thank you for being a bright light and making such beautiful arrangements, Sandy!
If there were 0 stars I would give that. No one at Hampton Balloon knows what day it is, they lose records, miss calls, they sent me the wrong proposal TWICE and then finally told me they are not open on the day of my planned event. Save yourself the agita and call ANYONE ELSE literally. This place is run by kindergartners.
Extremely annoyed, I needed last minute balloons for my mother’s birthday today and was told they closed today at 4. I got here by 3:30 and they were already closed and I drove out over 30 minutes to get here. Not reliable. Extremely dissatisfied
