I've been staying with Hampton Inn for over 20 years. I've been at this location now for the 3rd day with my wife and 2 year old daughter. I've tried for 2 days to get my room cleaned and have been told every reason why they can't clean it. I'm really upset about this. I made the request yesterday, I went down to check the status this morning and was told, "They must have forgotten to add you." Wow! Needless to say, I am moved to the epitome of disgust as I've never experienced such horrible service.
Never been there. Just drove by.
