George, from Hampton Appliance, is a gem. Our dishwasher, still under manufacturer’s warranty, broke down. He came back twice to ensure that it worked properly, ordering and replacing parts without charge. Use this company, you won’t be disappointed.
We had a very positive experience with the company George the owner was extremely knowledgeable and fixed our freezer problem Great customer service office was professional appointment window spot on we highly recommend Hampton Appliance you will be given honest courteous service and most of all your service issue will be addressed and fixed
My refrigerator was busted had a company come and quote me for over a thousand dollars to fix it. Didn't sound right so I called Hampton appliance , a man named the George (the owner) came and figured in less than ten minutes and it ended up being a 20$ part and it's working great. Very nice man and the lady in the office was very polite. Very knowlagable, would recommend them to anyone
Worst customer service in the world very RUDE!!!!! Do not use them they are unreliable and rude.They do not call to say they are running late and then they are rude with you when you tell them another 3 hrs is unacceptable.
The girl on the phone that eventually calls you back is rude and nasty had a protection plan w lowes and the dispatched this "house" looking business to my house Hampton appliance on December 29 determined it was my heating element that was broke. Since December 29 (yes i have not had my oven since) they have been ordering the part. When I call I leave a message and they call back....eventually....I called lowes and they have to put in a ticket for me or my husband to talk w a supervisor. Do you think this is normal. Probably the worst service we've ever come across. The receptionist is totally rude, the repair man was unprepared & did a lot of guess work--without getting our brand new washer to work properly. The owner is just as bad... WOW do NOT use this company!!
I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Never showed up for first appt. They leave their phone on the fax so you can't get through. I asked to be called on my cell multiple times yet they keep calling my hosue and leave messages. Didn't order a part when they said they did. Finally show up to fix it, tell me it's fixed, and then leave. Dishwasher still not working. No accountability for the inconvenience of working with them. Horrible.
Terrible customer service on the phone. The customer is clearly not their strong point, nor priority. I cannot review the actual service since the person never showed up, but the customer service rep clearly did not need the service the way I was treated on the phone call. I wouldn't deal with this type of mentality.
