Please do not let these people care for your animals. I still grieve for my sweet little calico who I’d taken here for years. Everything was okay until she was genuinely ill. I called for 36 hours straight begging to get her squeezed in somewhere and they were so ridiculously over booked at all times that it wasn’t possible. They even offered to stay open late if I was willing to pay an additional fee, but when I agreed, they retracted the offer. Living in a rural area, they WERE our vet.
