Thank you Hampson psychology, Hampson psychology makes sure i feel safe and support me, and my first appointment with Jade was a great experience. I like when it is quiet so its not to loud in the waiting area so overall a great experience.
I’m very disappointed in this psychology practice. After a medical professional was required to cancel in the early hours of the morning due to an unexpected call out for a life saving procedure, this practice insisted on charging a cancellation fee, even when future appointments were already booked in their system. This professional chose to save a life and was then slapped with a fee for doing it. What a kick in the guts. This practise gives no flex for missed appointments, even when emailed at 3.30am to advise of an emergency callout situation. Trying to do the right thing so notice was there first thing. They then insisted upon taking payment and still debited MY card. So, perhaps within their rights by the letter of the law, but actually counter-therapeutic and misaligned with a self-professed “person-centred” practise. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. They go above and beyond to try and assist people.
The staff and the facilities are amazing. I am so very grateful for the wonderful and caring staff at Hampson Psychology who have gone above and beyond for my children and I over the years. So glad to have found them when I needed them the most.
