When I was going through a major life change, I turned to Hampson Family Law for help. Family law matters can be incredibly stressful, but Kristin and Peggy helped make the process much more manageable. What meant the most to me was that they never made me feel embarrassed for asking questions or saying I didn't understand something. My family needed a warrior, and we found one in Kristin. I was resolved to lose custody and contact with my son but reached out to an attorney as a last ditch effort. She and her team were professional, caring, and considerate of my position as a twice divorcee. Not only did she help me with the divorce, I ultimately ended up with custody of my son. This was unheard of at the time. I can’t say enough about how valuable Kristin’s services were. If you need an advocate, you can trust her.
Completely misleading and unresponsive to the point it felt unethical. Please be cautious if you choose to retain her.
Hampson Family Law did a fantastic job assisting me in the negotiation and execution of a separation and property settlement agreement. I note and appreciate the counsel I recieved which allowed for us to reach a quick settlement without rancor or the need for costly litigation.
