I was considering booking an appointment at this clinic due to the convenient location while my regular doctor is away. However, after reviewing the feedback from other patients regarding both the clinical and administrative service, I have decided to look elsewhere. Wow! Bad as. I appreciate the transparency provided by the community reviews and will be making alternative arrangements.
Receptionist was very impolite. In the morning, I called to confirm my booking. Yes, she answered the phone and cut off the phone before I could say the second sentence. Not even hear me say good bye 🤣 I had booking at 10.55am, waiting until 12.23pm to see doctor. Before I went in, I had an important phone call can't be missed. The girl asked me to come in, doctor is waiting. I said, just a minute and she said "Doctor can't wait".
