Beware: anything done through radiology. My actual experience with the staff getting the ultrasound and X-ray done was completely fine. But they don’t tell you when you pay your bill that you will receive another bill in the mail months later from a radiologist reading from a company in Ohio. When I paid my bill here in full they said that would be all I owed. I just want to warn others that you will be receiving a separate bill later for anything done through radiology. I was in a tragic automotive accident, one died, I lived. Brought here by ambulance, wearing a palladium necklace, on Camara, left not in my possession. The head nurse of ER covered it up.with security even though they were caught in multiple lies. The head ER nurse manipulated my chart to make me look bad because I upset her.... do not come here, they will steal from you and the head ER nurse is the problem.... stay away.... please
I went to the emergency room for stitches, everyone was super friendly. I got seen right away - it was Christmas day. Service was excellent and reasonable priced - I dont have insurance and they were very good to me on what they charged. I highly recommend this place. Thank all!
Once i was admitted to a room in the emergency department I sat there for hours. I eventually got dressed and went out in hallway to ask if I could use restroom and how much longer it would be. The response i got from the nurse was that I was being hateful. Will never go to that emergency department again because of that nurse.
Recently needed to visit the E.R. for a minor head laceration. The entire staff, from the person checking me in, to our nurse, the registration person, to the doctor, all were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Not living in the area, we have never used the Hampshire Hospital before. We were impressed with the facilities and the staff. Probably the best emergency room experience I’ve ever had!
