I’d give it a zero if I could. They couldn’t care less about your child. They chat and laugh it up in the back while your kid suffers on the chair. Actually sounds like stand up comedy back there. Seriously, your kid is going through an experience they will NEVER forget and your pushed to the side so they can go make jokes which the whole room can hear. Beware: anything done through radiology. My actual experience with the staff getting the ultrasound and X-ray done was completely fine. But they don’t tell you when you pay your bill that you will receive another bill in the mail months later from a radiologist reading from a company in Ohio. When I paid my bill here in full they said that would be all I owed. I just want to warn others that you will be receiving a separate bill later for anything done through radiology. I was in a tragic automotive accident, one died, I lived. Brought here by ambulance, wearing a palladium necklace, on Camara, left not in my possession. The head nurse of ER covered it up.with security even though they were caught in multiple lies. The head ER nurse manipulated my chart to make me look bad because I upset her.... do not come here, they will steal from you and the head ER nurse is the problem.... stay away.... please
