On several occasions, we have been left waiting 45–60 minutes past our scheduled time to be seen. I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise in a dental office. However, the repeated delays — without advance notice — have been frustrating and disruptive to our schedules. If the office is running significantly behind due to overbooking or emergencies, a courtesy call or text ahead of time would be greatly appreciated so we can plan accordingly. Everyone, dentist and staff, are friendly, thoughtful and thorough. One exam chair in the old office even has a good view of the hadley water tower! The new office is spacious and bright! They made replacing a crown a breeze, with excellent workmanship.
Such a positive, kind, thoughtful environment for my 7 year old. The dentist was very communicative and personable and great with my son.
My cleaning was canceled the day before my appointment by the office and I was given one option to make up the appointment, in two hours from the time I received the call, which I couldn’t make work. I therefore had to wait a year for a cleaning.
