This is to explain to Sarah, We were hired for glass only the frame leaking was the sellers responsibility. You should have looked at the frame a litter better before you bought the house. Its not fair to bash a company when you never said the glass was the problem. Hopefully you look at the situation and know the facts before you write a review.

Terrible customer service, communication – Called the first time to get estimate for a mirror - "she" lost my information -I called back - nice guy came out, took several measurments, said "she" would get back to me tomorrow with cost, etc. - here we are 5 weeks later - no call, no follow up, no estimate, despite leaving message - try to give local company business, but they clearly don't want it. Very frustrating - save yourself the time and go with someone else.

I have had Hampshire Glass doing all my glass work from glass replacement to hand mirrors for the last 17 years. Every time I have dealt with the employees at Hampshire Glass they have been helpful, polite, and very professional. The prices are the lowest around for the highest quality work. I would recommend this facility to anyone I know.
