Friendly staff, thorough teeth cleaning, and quite gentle.
Very disappointed
Catherine at reception always cancels your appointment close to the date stating that the dentist has some other personal commitments. This is not the first time she cancelled my appointment. Catherine is rude, obnoxious and grumpy with patients. She needs to find another job if she is not happy working here!
Catherine, the receptionist is highly trained in customer service, she makes customer feel at ease. Peter, the Dentist is gentle and caring for his patient and He explains the progress so that the patient is aware and prepared, this indicates he is highly professional. Strongly recommended.
I saw Dr. Peter Le for check up and teeth cleaning on 19 March 2024 and he did a great job. The issue I have is that I was charged for an item that was not covered by Medibank and I was not informed about this by the dentist prior to them proceeding. It is unprofessional to not ask for permission prior to proceeding with a service that is not covered by insurance. I only found out that I was charged for the item when my annual insurance limit decreased after the claim was processed. I specified that I wanted only the service... read more
