I lived here for a bit. This is a gilded tin cup full of human waste that I wouldn't even look at, let alone smell! It's just plain old corrupt, in a variety of ways.
Lived here 2 years on a lower floor and 1 year on a higher floor. As other reviewers have mentioned, BOTH of my units had several bugs and roaches. The drafty windows are old as crap, need to be replaced and don't match from floor to floor. The heating, air and elevator malfunctions were a constant problem in my 3 years. Each individual unit has a thermostat but you are at the mercy of the central chiller system and heating system and outdoor ambient temperatures. The HOA fees have SKYROCKETED. No one in the lobby on weekends, floors dirty on reception area, extremely high HOA, old, poorly maintened. Concept is great, apparently is poorly managed.
