I had a great experience with HBE. Will helped me find an awesome bike that I took for an awesome ride with my family. He was so helpful and made me feel really comfortable despite my lack of knowledge of bikes or what I was really looking for. I was later surprised when we were leaving and my husband told me he was the owner - I wouldn’t necessarily expect that kind of direct customer service from the owner himself. We will absolutely return for all of our family bicycle needs!
They told me no one will want to work on my electric bike. Green Light Bicycles in Belchertown proved them wrong. Rude, overpriced, slower "repairs".
Went in on my old bike and left on a used bike for a great deal. Matt was very helpful, friendly, and fast to make seat height and handlebar changes while I was test fitting my new bike. Will be back time and time again.
