Just had a great customer service experience at Hampshire Bicycle Exchange. As someone who hasn't ridden a bike since the Nixon administration (true!), I was a bit anxious going in - but Allen set me up with a well-fitted bike that perfectly suits my needs and abilities. Thank you Jesse for getting me set up with a new bike and all the accessories I needed! Great customer service and super knowledgeable staff! I especially appreciated the extra help choosing a bike basket and water bottle cage for my bike’s unusual shape. While I was there shop’s staff even helped out some young kids riding by who were having problems with their handlebars. HBE has a terrific selection of reconditioned bikes and an awesome selection of accessories. I’m so glad I went here to get my gear. Highly recommended!

Brought my bike in for a tune up, now I feel like I have a brand new bike, the difference is night and day, and everyone was super nice a friendly.

They are the best. Honest up front and knowledgeable. Anyone with biking needs would be very happy here. I drive by tons of bike shops to give them my Business.
