Brought my bike in for a tune up, now I feel like I have a brand new bike, the difference is night and day, and everyone was super nice a friendly.
They are the best. Honest up front and knowledgeable. Anyone with biking needs would be very happy here. I drive by tons of bike shops to give them my Business.
Mostly a good experience going here but last time the dude made every effort NOT to help me install a bag on my bike. I had my doubts that it would fit and when I asked about the return policy his response was like ‘ehh what? Why? I guess you could’ I managed to convince him to go outside and help me, but he very unhelpfully pointed out the instructions. If I was good with the instructions- I wouldn’t have asked. I had a great experience with HBE. Will helped me find an awesome bike that I took for an awesome ride with my family. He was so helpful and made me feel really comfortable despite my lack of knowledge of bikes or what I was really looking for. I was later surprised when we were leaving and my husband told me he was the owner - I wouldn’t necessarily expect that kind of direct customer service from the owner himself. We will absolutely return for all of our family bicycle needs!
They told me no one will want to work on my electric bike. Green Light Bicycles in Belchertown proved them wrong. Rude, overpriced, slower "repairs".
