Don't take your car here unless you want it smelling like an ashtray afterwards. I was selling a 2012 Toyota Sienna and a prospective buyer paid for a pre purchase inspection here. I dropped the van off and it took them about 2 hours for it to be done. Honestly, that seems pretty thorough, so I'm not going to fault them for that. I have a dash cam and it showed them driving for close to 25 miles. That seems excessive, but I'm also not going to fault them for that. Deeply unprofessional behavior by the owner. We won’t be going there again.
They took out my transmission had to remove all oil cooler lines.. got car back. Drove 4 days blew engine oil out the cooler lines and died on highway... towed car back still sitting there 2 months later keep being told we'll look tomorrow... its obvious they blew the motor .. going to have to get a lawer for this one.. do not take your vehicle here .
Had work done there many times and have had no issues.
