I took my long fine haired 5yr old cat in to be what I thought would have to be shaved down to skin due to lots of knots & clumps etc but Dr. John Jr did an awesome job of just brushing him out with very little shaving . He still had to sedate him but was so well done my big boy was back to normal by morning unlike 48+ hrs recoup time from other groomers. I will be taking him back. Thank you HAH Dr's.
I brought my elderly cat in for antibiotics for a bladder infection today. The vet said he would put my cat down and not help her because she weighed 3 lbs. (Her healthy weight is 4 lbs) and she has a yeast infection in her ears. He would rather kill her than help her. I have not ever heard of a Doctor who wouldn't help. Think twice before going to this guy.

I have never had a bad experience with these guys.... Seen me at the drop of a hat many a times..... Did awesome job on my 14 yr.old Pit with a massive bleeding tumor..... Was short money & it was no issue !
Dr Gustafson is an excellent Veterinarian. He performed emergency surgery on my dog Mandy. He saved my dog! Thank you Doc.!
I dealt with the father in this father/son team and he was unclean, unprofessional, and not kind to my pet in the least.
