I read reviews saying you need to set aside a whole day for drop off and pickup because the time window you select, they don’t actually stick to. Well that was 100% my experience. If you don’t have time to wait all day, this is not the service for you. First time trying. Waited at my home for the two hour window. No contact, no show. I reached out via the Hamperapp to inquire and they replied “Great news! Your driver will arrive [2-4 hours after agreed upon time window].” That’s definitely not great news… 1.
