Been haveing much difficulty getting things repaired here we have a brand new trailer and our outside lite hasnt worked since day one , we emailed them several times and only get excuses nothing gets done . They desperately need a new property manager ASAP
Been living here for two years and love it. Very nice environment and people. Other then the rent raising to $490. It's still a decent rent and affordable. Very strict rules but that's to keep the properties looking nice. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Would recommend to all.
Starting to look like a 3rd world country. It's sad to a nice place to down hill. People moved in from 3rd world countries and continue to live in dirty places. They throw food outside on the ground. Litter all over the place. No respect for people who have nice places and totally disrespectful. Refuse to follow park rules.
