Had a great experience at this clinic! My kitten Garbanzo had an excellent time with the staff and everyone was very friendly. Dr Farren was very professional and I could definitely tell she knew what she was doing! I recommend this clinic highly!
My dog had a mouthful of quills and needed to be sedated in order to remove them. I requested to go in with him and was told no, Barbara did not want me to see that. I explained that I work in healthcare and I had also seen both of my kids undergo surgeries. She then refused to treat my dog at all. We had to take my dog to the emergency vet who actually cared. Upset with the service at this Veterinary Clinic. I called for a ballpark estimate to have a growth removed from my dogs paw. The reason why I wanted a ballpark figure... was because I wanted to know if I could afford to get this procedure done at this time. It could have been hundreds or tens of thousands, i had no idea. But, whomever answered my call at the Clinic told me that the dog would have to be brought in for a visit to get an estimate done, which will cost $52 and they couldn't give me any idea of a range.
