We've used these folks multiple times in the past 11 years, spending well over $10K. Unfortunately, their sales, customer service, packing and moving have gotten progressively worse. We were given a quote at the very high end of our range, and were advised that the best thing we could do was eliminate as much as we could. We parted with belongings we would have preferred to keep in an attempt to reduce our moving costs. DON"T USE HAMPDEN!!!!! – Awful company! They make promises to unpack but their definition of unpack is to dump the boxes on the floor. They also have very rude staff. The foreman yelled at us (and I was pregnant with twins on bed rest at the time) and kept saying "this isn't my job." Not to mention they damaged two expensive items and said they did not. Oh, and they took 3 days to move our items but the manager of the company asked us "why did it take two days? This was a one day job." You are the expert, you tell me. I woul... read more
