I been 2 weeks without my hearing aids. It just a simple pick up and they need an appointment to just pick them up. not a happy camper

When we receive the instruments from the manufacturer, we verify that the aids are working properly and that your individual settings are programmed into the aids, before we return them to you. During the pandemic, we must follow guidelines to keep our patients and staff safe and healthy. My sincere thanks to Jennifer for her compassion and professionalism in taking care of my mom, age 96, and her very new hearing aids. She admitted this afternoon to hearing the washing machine and other things going on in her apartment she hadn't heard in some time! Yay! It's such a relief! Thank you to all the staff at Hampden Hearing Center!
