Horrible communication with this place 2 separate occasions. My wife and I were new patients there and my wife called to setup our appointments for our yearly teeth cleaning, gave them all our information, insurance everything and we had our appointments scheduled, no other information needed. I get a text message a couple days before confirming the appointment for that day we setup. Everything seemed fine until the day we show up they say they moved our appointments for 2 weeks later. I called first thing Monday morning and left a message indicating that I had displaced; one on my caps. My call was returned before 9:30 and by noon I was already having lunch an my newly attached cap. The staff here is very professional and friendly. These are people you can trust to take care of your dental health.

DO NOT go here based on my experience. I had a very concerning situation at this office that ultimately led me to seek emergency dental care afterward for what I was told may have been a staph infection. During multiple visits over several months, I felt the care and supervision in the office was not appropriate, and I was uncomfortable with how treatment was being handled, including situations where assistants worked without proper supervision. The front staff is very pleasant and welcoming. Shama was very nice and Dr. Bosshard was simply nothing less than amazing. Being unemployed and first time Medacaid/Dentaquest user. She was the only Dentist I found through their site that had good reviews. Dr. Bosshard made it possible for me to receive the very best treatment. I had to have a crown redone and needed another one as well. Both crowns done with such precision and same visit.
