Ruined my $500 dress. Brought there with 2 stains on the front, picked it up and noticed more stains on the back. Brought it back, they cleaned it again, to pick it up with even more stains. The lady refused to take accountability.

I left my very nice suit bag and thick suit hanger which helps keep the shape of the jacket with them and the employee intentionally tried to keep it. I explain to her when dropping it off but I would need it back and when I went to pick up my suits of course it was missing. I made a big deal of it she found it immediately and returned it. More annoyed than anything else. Don’t ever leave your suit bags with them.
