We are so pleased with our mini split installation done by Hampden County HVAC. We had Jose and his crew - everyone was professional, respectful, and very hard working. They kept us fully informed as they installed our system designed by Revise through MASS SAVE. Jose offered us tubing that matched our siding and kept visible tubes to a minimum on the north side that is not seen from the road which looks super compared to other systems we see with lots of white tubing wrapping around their homes. Hampden County HVAC is very responsive, professional and provides trusting and friendly interactions. George came out to service an older mini split, and knew exactly what to check and get it back in running condition. He offered great tips, very knowledgeable and friendly, and provided suggestions for future use and considerations. We definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.
