We called Hampden County HVAC after a local contractor left us high and dry!! Hampden County HVAC was here within a few days after calling!! We are located about an hour from their location. We found we needed a split unit replaced and again they were here promptly 2 days later to perform the entire replacement!! They were done in one day and everything is performing well!! Thank you Hampden County HVAC!!
They did great work! We love the units. Diogo, the owner is very dedicated and it was a pleasure having him and his crew do work on our home!
HC HVAC installed 5 mini splits in my house. The sub contractor they hired to remove my old furnace left a huge mess in my basement that I had to clean up. I know that HC HVAC isn't responsible for the work of sub contractors but they should be aware of the workmanship of the people they're employing. What they are responsible for is the quality and efficiency of the units that they're installing. I've had them back to my residence at least 3 times during the summer months and now this winter.
