We urgently needed a reliable HVAC company, we searched a lot, until we found HCH .Excellent professionals, organized, competent, and extremely polite, will be my HVAC guys now.
I had work done with my heating systrm. Zach who did the work was hardworking, knowledgeable and very kind.. I highly recommend their services. I also had Javier cone to do service , and he was nice ,professional and he was very thorough in checking all of the areas of our heating system to make sure everything was working properly. This company installed a new system just a few months ago. Parts are already failing. Customer service has been terrible. I’ve been without heat for over a month now and they have done nothing to accommodate me. Not even a phone call with an update as I’m still waiting to hear from them. Completely terrible and unprofessional company. Not to mention during the install they left a mess along with loose screws a caps missing on the refrigerant lines. Very disappointing. Do not use this company for any thing.
