Neto and Jeff came to my friends home to install new mini-splits. I would give them more stars if I could! They have been efficient, hard-working, and patient with any questions I had. They were polite and proficient. My friends could not be here during the work and there were questions - Neto communicated with me and my friends to answer everything. Hampden County HVAC is fortunate to have such wonderful employees!

They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. My system is running perfectly now, and the difference in comfort is night and day. Pricing was fair, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service or installs you won’t be disappointed.
Neto and Jeff were great. They were polite, informative,, very neat clean… They vacuumed after themselves. They kept everything nice and clean… They put drop cloth down across the floor… Very mindful and respectful… Definitely good representation for the company.
We called Hampden County HVAC after a local contractor left us high and dry!! Hampden County HVAC was here within a few days after calling!! We are located about an hour from their location. We found we needed a split unit replaced and again they were here promptly 2 days later to perform the entire replacement!! They were done in one day and everything is performing well!! Thank you Hampden County HVAC!!
