Quick service on a Sunday! Our RV house battery was dead and we purchased a new one but had some issues with hooking it up properly. Called Hamor’s service and Matt was At our campsite in less than 30 minutes. All fixed and on our way! A bit expensive but it was a Sunday (and holiday weekend) so we kind of expected a higher fee.
Called on a Saturday early afternoon as my trailer jack was completely seized up and I couldn't move my camper. I left a voice message not knowing what to expect. Within 30 minutes the owner called me back as he was just finishing a job at a different location, knew what was wrong and arrived on the scene with all brand new parts - he was able to replace everything we needed (better then factory stock when we bought it) and had us all set within an hour of arrival. I was disappointed in how much I spent to get my solar panels on the roof and they came right off the first trip out. He came out to look and said "not my fault". Ok? I was unhappy he didn't stand by his work. He was friendly, did give a quick quote, and was able to create a battery box for my 2 100amp lithium ion batteries for another job I asked. Would I use him again? Well maybe. It did leave an awfully bad taste in my mouth even years later.
Flat tire on RV. Came to our campsite, put in the new tire, checked the others…..and we were touring Acadia National Park ! Wonderful vacation-saving service!
