Dr Hammoud is very patient & compassionate. Met with him today with my niece. Working in the medical industry 33 years I always appreciate the special patient one on one.
The best doctor, ever.
I was referred to Dr. Hammoud by the hospital and wanted to share a bit about my recent visit here. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest and most professional staff. They were all welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. That is something very special in this day and age. The wait time wasn't too long and when I met the doctor, he was kind and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. The staff was kind and polite but Dr. Hammoud was extremely rude to me during my first visit. He seemed very irritated to see me. I felt like I was being rushed out of my appointment. He has continued to enter my prescriptions wrong even though I've had four different conversations (in person and email) with him about the correct dosage and he is still sending the wrong prescriptions to my pharmacy.
The Office staff is horrible. I've been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks now. No one calls back from scheduling. I asked for the number to scheduling but they tell me to call back and select option 4 just to get a voicemail and no one ever calls back. Dr hammoud is great but his staff is horrible.
