We hired Jeremy Hamby to help with finishing a settlement. Before we signed any paperwork he answered every call, text and email. We would hear from him multiple times a day and he answered every question. The day we signed paperwork all communication stopped. It would be days before we heard back and sometimes it took multiple emails. When we asked for better communication we were told that he was busy and we needed to allow 2 days for a response.
