Why is it called a ‘Walk In Clinic’ when you can’t walk in for an appointment??? We called several times to get an appointment and they are always booked up. Don’t waste your time trying to get in this place.
Closed from June 16-20, but isn’t even listed on the website?? You have to wait until they open, call, select an option, and then it says that they’re closed.
There is one receptionist that I will be reporting to the management of this clinic. I have been a patient for many years here and working over 20 years in healthcare. Please do not let this receptionist shake her head at you or smirk or make disrespectful comments. She is rude and clearly out of line in dealing with the patients. Her behaviour is unacceptable and reportable. If you come across her rude behaviour, please let the management know.
Most unprofessional place i have ever been period. Definitely not a walk in clinic either. Front desk lady was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with.
Doctors are good. But there is this one particular receptionist who has always been rude. She assumes you know how things work there and if you don’t you get scolded. Zero empathy from her but seems “nice enough “ with the doctors. Some dear friends that share the same Dr. At this clinic have had the same experience with her. Mean behaviour.
