New (to me) receptionist is excellent. Polite and very helpful.
Doctor was very nice. Older Receptionist was incredibly rude upon my arrival, rolling her eyes and scoffing at the fact that I didn’t realize it was not actually a walk in clinic even though it is in their title. She was annoyed that I asked if it was possible to book an appointment since I was there. When I said never mind and turned to leave her attitude completely changed and suddenly had an appointment available. After reading the reviews I see that this is a regular occurrence for her.
