Absolutely the worst experience with these people.I called and explained to the Office Manager (Rogers daughter) that I needed a yearly service check AND had some concerns about the condenser.They send service tech (Rogers son)who was not very knowledgeable. Didn't even clean inside unit coils....that is supposed to be done with service....said they didn't need it.... the other Companies have always cleaned them. We had Hammonds come give us a quote after another competitor came and diagnosed a problem with our heat pump and A/C unit. They were nice and friendly and answered my questions, for the most part, but the whole interaction felt very rushed and like an inconvenience to take up any more of their time... they were only there to give a quote not diagnose anything or answer questions. Maybe they had a very busy day and were squeezing me in, but I decided to go with someone who gave me confidence they cared about me and my family... read more
It was easy to get on the schedule the installation of propane gas logs. Arrived on time and installed everything that was required. The logs worked great and still are. Alan did a top notch job. Thank you.
