I highly recommend Hammond HVAC for heat pump repair. We had a brand new unit installed (by a different company) less than 2 years ago. It went completely out in November and we have went through 4 different HVAC repair companies including the person who installed it and they all have been unable to fix the problem. Had issue w upper unit. Have a warranty company and they assigned Hammonds. I called and spoke to Rachel to confirm appointment and said it was scheduled by my warranty company and was instructed to call. Tech came out and did decent job checking system and determined it was a part needed in the handler. He said I need to take pictures for insurance company to get authorization to order part. I paid $100 service call fee as required by insurance company (and gave him a tip for his time as I do with all service workers). Sent... read more

Absolutely the worst experience with these people.I called and explained to the Office Manager (Rogers daughter) that I needed a yearly service check AND had some concerns about the condenser.They send service tech (Rogers son)who was not very knowledgeable. Didn't even clean inside unit coils....that is supposed to be done with service....said they didn't need it.... the other Companies have always cleaned them.
