ABSOLUTELY a 10 star company! If you knew the kindness and professionalism this family owned company had in dealing with my 90 year old Mother in Colonial Heights, you would not hesitate using. They keep their word and want their customers satisfied! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I have used this company since 2017 called & made an appointment for fall maintenance no1 showed and no1 bothered to call to let me know that they couldn't keep the appointment that I had made either.This is HORRIBLE way of doing business and probably won't be in business very much longer by treating your customers this way!!!
I highly recommend Hammond HVAC for heat pump repair. We had a brand new unit installed (by a different company) less than 2 years ago. It went completely out in November and we have went through 4 different HVAC repair companies including the person who installed it and they all have been unable to fix the problem. Our power bill was over $400 a month due to this issue. The air conditioning completely quit working a week ago and I contacted Hammond as a last resort because no other company could fix it. Had issue w upper unit. Have a warranty company and they assigned Hammonds. I called and spoke to Rachel to confirm appointment and said it was scheduled by my warranty company and was instructed to call. Tech came out and did decent job checking system and determined it was a part needed in the handler. He said I need to take pictures for insurance company to get authorization to order part. I paid $100 service call fee as required by insurance company (and gave him a tip for his time as I do with all service workers). Sent... read more
