avoid this nursing home at all costs, staff do not facilitate basic human needs and not enough cameras where they should be. I hope your business gets shut down.

The number of families raising serious concerns is alarming and the repeated complaints about care standards, communication and professionalism paint a deeply troubling picture. s It acceptable , common practice for carers to leave their pagers unattended during their time of duty. I have seen pagers sitting on dining tables or on the kitchen bench or even on food trolleys when the pagers are activated. The pagers can be heard buzzing on the surface that they are placed on . Carers are very loud in the mornings that they call out to each other at opposite ends of the corridors.
