WARNING...i feel people need to be warned Ben is absolue rubish as a manager he is rude, not understanding at all and has no compassion and holds the idea he is very important he has said in appropriate thing's infront of my grandmother. he has taken over from Derek were derrick would have been rated a 5 star this man is a 1.
