I am writing this review to raise serious concerns about the way staff are treated within this home care company. A person I know worked there and experienced repeated instances of rude, dismissive, and disrespectful behaviour from management. Instead of being supported in what is already a demanding and emotionally taxing role, they were often spoken to in an unprofessional manner and made to feel undervalued. Very happy with their service, easy to communicate with it and always helpful. Great staff, very polite.
Not the best provider out there. Had nothing but problems with the management of this service. The care workers are great but you will be disappointed with all other aspects of interaction from scheduling to finance. Gaslighted me for months about available funds telling the statements sent in the mail were incorrect and no funds were available even to buy basic hygiene consumables. Had to open a case with the Aged Care Commission to make them provide the information (we had lots of funds there) and also found them charging ... read more
