I brought my tractor to United Ag & Turf for repairs and was given an estimated completion date that wasn’t even close. The delays and lack of updates made the entire experience stressful and inconvenient.
United Ag & Turf did not meet my expectations. The equipment was delivered later than scheduled, and I had to make several calls just to get basic information. The lack of communication was frustrating.
I purchased equipment from United Ag & Turf expecting professional support, but the service department was slow and unresponsive. My machine sat waiting for updates much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary downtime.
I had a very disappointing experience with United Ag & Turf. The salesperson was helpful until the purchase was completed, but after that it became nearly impossible to get answers about service and warranty questions. Communication needs a lot of improvement.
These folks took care of me when no one else would. I am not good with computers but I want to say thank you to the entire team at the Auburn location. Jessica and David were very kind and helped me solve my issue with my tractor.
