I have a krone baler that's older that the pickup needed to be rebuilt, after waiting for weeks as some of the bolts were on backorder according to Noah, come to find out that they're discontinued. I have an older John Deere and Steve & the rest of the service department have taken great care of it whenever we've had an issue. They are always willing to take the time to explain things to me without 'taking down' to me. I'm very pleased with my experience there.

Parts department has gone down... I wish that the old crew was back. I will be going to Windham ... more than likely now.

I recently inquired about servicing my 1025R that I purchased in a private sale. I’ve never owned a tractor before but after moving up to Maine I figured why not! I was blown away after talking with the service manager, a friend of mine up here gave me his business card and told me to call his cell. I asked about maintenance intervals, proper operations for the attachments it came with and if the machine was capable of doing what I want it to do.
