I was impressed with the way the whole transaction went.From being unable to purchase my first choice. It was a great way to purchase my lawn tractor.
Everything was pretty much good. However if I had known the bagger was so complicated to get on and off and definitely not “woman” friendly, I wouldn’t have bought it. I bought this thinking I could run the entire garden tractor on my own like I’ve done for decades with the cub cadet. The people were nice and friendly.
Kerrie the manager was awesome…took care of a problem I had….my wife is happy with her new riding mower…thanks again John Deete
Anthony really helped me out. He gave me directions on how to get there, then helped me figure out the issue with my equipment and then got me scheduled and got it fixed. No hassle. Great employee who gave me a great experience. 10-10 would recommend Anthony!
