One of the part guys forgot to order one of my parts they were really accommodating and made up for the issue with great customer service

I brought my tractor to United Ag & Turf for repairs and was given an estimated completion date that wasn’t even close. The delays and lack of updates made the entire experience stressful and inconvenient.
United Ag & Turf did not meet my expectations. The equipment was delivered later than scheduled, and I had to make several calls just to get basic information. The lack of communication was frustrating.
