If I had known the service was gonna be so bad, I never would bought a John Deere product… well now I know whether it’s the company or the dealers I don’t care what their excuses are. To me they’re just another failed company that’s on its way out. So be forwarned dealing with these people. Oh, and don’t be swayed by their standard auto replies which are nothing more than hollow corporate excuses.
Service counter is very knowledgeable. Theyre pretty chill too.

Ordered parts online for delivery to NY, selecting my preferred NY dealer as I also had to pick up a battery. United Ag is too big of a dealer network and John Deere has made an absolute nightmare for online sales fulfillment for the local dealers from what I was told... Anyhow, online order was fulfilled from this location. Suppose to be shipped in 1-5 days, didn't ship for 8 business days!
