I was extremely pleased with the customer service provided at AG & Turf. My sales representative Eric Sawtelle was very friendly, very knowledgeable and very patient answered all of my questions. He went over some basics on my new 1025R compact Tractor. He also helped me secure down my tractor on my trailer. He did a great job and did an awesome job, entertaining my kid while we were there going through some of the basics I would definitely recommend this location. If I was the business owner I would deeply reconsider some of the front desk staff. Unhelpful, with the vibe that they truly don't care about the customer or selling anything. I called ahead to buy a chainsaw. They didn't prep the chainsaw and bring it to the front desk like any other place would. They also got the price wrong and didn't care to double check themselves. Bought the saw elsewhere for the price I knew it was.
United Ag and Turf has terrible customer service I recently spent $37,000 on a new piece of equipment that has a one-year manufacturer's warranty 3 months in it broke they came out and did the warranty work and charged my account for it I've been trying for 3 weeks to get the charge removed from my account This is a large business with a parasitic business culture the only thing they care about is the almighty dollar they couldn't care less about their customers and the community in which they do business
