Terrible service. First, I called and requested service of my JD 2038R. They asked for photos saying the couldn't understand my explanation of the issue. I sent them multiple photos. No response from them for a week. I called them and they said they could send someone out tomorrow but the cost would be $450, at least, with more possible. I asked for the details of that cost. I purchased a Stihl backpack leaf blower from Ag and Turf a few years ago because they’re local and I expected they’d be able to service it if needed. Recently, the unit suddenly lost power while I was using it, so I brought it into their service department. They called me back a couple days later and said the plug wire had separated and that, with labor and parts, it would be more cost-effective to replace the blower.
