This place is a ripoff. They charged me $250 for a technician to tell me in 15 minutes I needed a new washing machine. I understand a service fee but $250 is insanity. There are doctors and lawyers that don’t even charge this much. Complete unfair pricing practice. Take your money elsewhere.
My electric range stopped working on Easter. I called a few repair places and Hammond Services was the only one that answered or called me back. They quickly set an appointment for me when it was convenient for me. They arrived promptly at the appointment time. He diagnosed the problem and helped me with a solution. I appreciate that he let me know that the cost of the repair would be more than replacing my older range. I would definitely recommend Hammond Services and will call them again if I need an appliance repair.

I was visiting my daughter in Waco, she just had a baby. I was helping her with the laundry and the dryer stopped working. My husband tried to get someone to come on some website to repair the dryer. Never heard back from anyone! I was desperate so I got on my phone and found Hammond Services. What caught my eye is that the business is Veteran owned, operated and staffed.
