He came early which was a plus. It's took him 5 minutes for less to find the problem. He fixed it right then . He was done in an matter of minutes. I thought I would have to wait on parts. He was very knowledgeable. His great uncle invented front loaders. Every military base and ship were installed by the company. The business has been open 115 years. Praises for Hammond appliance repairs.
Excellent service and not trying to sell me an entire new unit. In hot Texas summers, this this company is a relief.
This place is a ripoff. They charged me $250 for a technician to tell me in 15 minutes I needed a new washing machine. I understand a service fee but $250 is insanity. There are doctors and lawyers that don’t even charge this much. Complete unfair pricing practice. Take your money elsewhere.
My electric range stopped working on Easter. I called a few repair places and Hammond Services was the only one that answered or called me back. They quickly set an appointment for me when it was convenient for me. They arrived promptly at the appointment time. He diagnosed the problem and helped me with a solution. I appreciate that he let me know that the cost of the repair would be more than replacing my older range. I would definitely recommend Hammond Services and will call them again if I need an appliance repair.
