I would personally call someone else next time. I'm sure Amanda is going to reply very negative to this, but oh well. I called for service on my in-laws oven. Tracy Hammond came out and discovered the mother board was out. Said he would order one and come out later to install it. We paid 270.00 for this service call. Tracy came out 2 weeks later to install the board only to discover that THEY had ordered the incorrect part. I get a bill for $270.00.
