I booked Airbnb house with amelia very recently and i was very shocked that she asked me to pay extra 300 dollars for a small size of burn(discoloration) for the dinnig table, i am sorry i burn the table when i ate noodle but did put table cloth underneath, but 300 dollar is such big amount for fixing the small mark, it is very small job and my husband can fix it in 15mins! and how greedy she is and asking for 300 dollars for the compensation

I booked a property through airbnb and initially was happy with the level of service given by Amelia as she found us another property accomodating pets & even left a platter in the fridge & the fire going. Upon leaving I received the most shocked review stating that the house was not left as I found it! And that the cleaners were very disappointed as they take great pride in our properties. Incredibly dishonest and lacking integrity or any form of compassion. In Mallacoota where many residents lost their homes in the bushfires over summer, this business has made life hell for a number of my close friends who are simply trying to put a roof over their head and rebuild their lives. They lack any sort of empathy, and will do anything to maximise their financial return with no regard for the locals who they have financially deceived. You would be very well advised to avoid dealing with this property service.
