Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Kurt Hammond. Very unprofessional and highly aggressive. Wouldn’t recommend entering into any agreement. It won’t work out in your favour. Another poor review. That’s got to be bad for business
Hammond Pools did a great job with my pool renovation. They treated the job as if it were their own pool. They gave ideas on how to improve the functionality of the concrete. The end result was better than I had initially expected. There were delays (mostly due to weather) but that is all part of the pool business and they explained them all to me. Neighbor had a pool done by these guys with some concrete work. They offered to put a small concrete pad at the side of my house. I was first quoted $1000, considering they were doing the work next door regardless so I agreed. When work started, I asked them to replace a fence post as it was in the same spot the pad would go. When they finished, I get a call from the owner claiming that I owe him $1800. I asked how that is possible, so he proceeds to quote me the pad $12/sq-ft for a 100 sq-ft pad (it is actually 85), plus an... read more
