Absolutely wonderful experience at Hammond Optometrist! The entire team is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The optometrists provided excellent care, and the reception staff went above and beyond to help. A special thank you to the lovely ladies at reception who took extra time and care to help fit my daughter with frames and assist me with contact lenses. Their patience and friendly service made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
If it was possible to give more stars than 5 I would do so, because the care and kindness shown to me by the wonderful people at Hammonds was what I see as beyond “5 star service” and is really about people doing whatever they can to treat others with empathy, respect and dignity. I took my 94 year old father to see Stephen after he was dissatisfied with the lenses he had been prescribed by another optometrist. Stephen was so compassionate and profesional with my hard of hearing dad. Stephen listened to his concerns, took the time to ensure the correct complex lens prescription and even suggested that we re use the existing frame to reduce costs. Dad is very happy with his new lenses and said he has the best sight he's had in years. I highly recommend you see the team at Hammond.
Went to get my frames I bought from a different place adjusted as pin had dropped out, took 5 minutes to repair and the wonderful lady that served me cleaned and adjusted my glasses for free, I will be happily recommending to my family
Got my eyes tested yesterday and I must say Rachel has been outstanding. She listened to me, was patient, and respected my needs. She is very competent and thorough. Thank you Rachel, you won the business another loyal customer.
