Called this law firm to get a demand letter sent for the return of a large security deposit that my sister put down on a house in Mexico. My sister died unexpectedly before ever moving herself or a single item into the house. The negotiations for lease occurred between landlord and tenant both of whom reside in the U.S. and have U.S. citizenship. The funds were wired from California to the landlord who resides in Texas.
