EDIT: The pt advocate was very nice and explained everything to me as in what the dr wrote in his notes. Nothing was elaborated to me during the visit and that is why I was very frustrated and seemed to not be listened to. Sarah(advocate) explained the situation why things weren’t done which now makes sense and I understand. If you do go here, just make sure you get the doctors to elaborate. They did not do this for me and I was upset, and did not understand what was wrong with my son. I felt I wasn’t listened to. I do under... read more

Was disrespected by the doctor and treated as if I was hysterical/insane when slowly explaining, had to explain the exact same thing 4+ times back to back. Given a wrong diagnosis (after explaining why it was impossible to have that diagnosis) and then refused to treat me. Had to wait over a week to see a real doctor who took all of 5 seconds to stop the bleeding. And yes I had a bleeding wound for over a week because of that doctor

Saw Dr Burrows on Monday and her and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. They could tell I was scared and took me in right away and made me feel very safe and cared for.
